Message from the Principal

Graduation marks a proud moment of achievement — the transition from learning to service. It celebrates the dedication of our students, the support of their families, and the values that define our college. As our graduates step into the world, we trust they will uphold the NMTC spirit of competence, compassion, and integrity.

Graduation Checklist

  • Complete academic clearance (library, fees, clinical logbooks)
  • Collect graduation regalia during the scheduled gown pick-up slots
  • Confirm guest numbers and pick-up guest passes
  • Attend rehearsal (mandatory for graduates)
  • Bring valid ID on the day of the ceremony

Gown Pick-up

Academic attire must be collected from your HoD's Office between Monday Nov 10th -Wednesday 12th 2025 from 9.00am – 4.00pm A MANDATORY deposit of your Original National ID is required upon collection.


  1. When: 10–12 November, 9:00AM–4:00PM
  2. Where: Your HoD's Office — Gown Collection Desk
  3. What to bring: MANDATORY deposit of your Original National ID
  4. Fit & care: A fitting area will be available.
  5. Return Deadline: Return the gown strictly by Friday 21st November, 2025 to retrieve your National ID and avoid a subsequent Ksh. 500 daily penalties.
  6. Note: Return clearance is mandatory for certificate issuance. Any attire returned in an unacceptable condition will result in a charge for repair or replacement.

Rehearsal (Mandatory)

All graduates must attend rehearsal to ensure smooth name-calling and procession flow.

  • Date: 13 November 2025
  • Time: 9:00 AM — 4:00 PM
  • Venue: NMTC graduation square
  • Attendance will be recorded — arrive 30 minutes early for registration.

Guests

Only TWO (2) GUESTS per each graduand will be allowed inside the graduation square.

  • Graduands will be issued with invitation cards of the 2 guests during the graduation attire collection

Frequently Asked Questions

How many guests can I bring?
Each graduate receives 2 guest passes. Contact the Registrar for exceptions.
What if I miss the rehearsal?
Report to the graduation desk 1 hour before the ceremony for briefing. Attendance is MANDATORY.
Where can I get my gown?
Gowns are available for pick-up as listed above during the specified dates.
