- Confirm the spelling and order of your names with your respective HoD by 12 October 2026.
- Pay the non-refundable graduation fee of KSh 5,000 through the college accounts office by 23 October 2026.
- Complete clearance with all departments.
- Collect your graduation attire from your HoD between 9 and 11 November 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Deposit your original National ID when collecting your gown.
- Attend the mandatory rehearsal on 13 November 2026. Report by 8:30 AM in full graduation attire.
- Collect your two guest invitation cards during gown collection.
- Return your graduation attire by 27 November 2026.
- Arrive early. Graduates and guests must be seated by 7:30 AM on graduation day.
Graduation Fees & Certificate Details
All graduands must pay the graduation fee and verify their certificate details within the deadlines provided by the college.
- Graduation fee: KSh 5,000.
- Payment deadline: 23 October 2026.
- Payment method: Pay through the college accounts office.
- Refund policy: Graduation fees paid are non-refundable.
- Name confirmation deadline: 12 October 2026.
- Required action: Confirm the spelling and order of your names with your respective HoD.
- Certificate correction fee: KSh 3,000 for requests to change certificate details.
- Clearance: All graduands must complete clearance with all departments.
Graduation Attire Collection & Return
Graduation gowns will be issued by the respective Heads of Department (HoDs) from Monday, 9 November to Wednesday, 11 November 2026, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. A MANDATORY deposit of your original National ID is required upon collection.
- Collection dates: 9–11 November 2026.
- Collection hours: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.
- Collection point: Your respective HoD.
- What to bring: Your original National ID, which must be deposited when collecting the gown.
- Dress requirements: Only graduands dressed in academic attire will be allowed into the graduation square.
- Care of attire: Do not handwash or hot-iron the graduation attire.
- Return deadline: Friday, 27 November 2026.
- Late return penalty: KSh 500 per day.
- Loss or damage: Graduands will be charged for replacement of lost or damaged graduation attire.
Rehearsal (Mandatory)
All graduands MUST attend the graduation rehearsal in person. Instructions regarding the graduation ceremony will be communicated during the rehearsal.
- Date: Friday, 13 November 2026.
- Time: 9:00 AM.
- Reporting time: 8:30 AM.
- Venue: NMTC Graduation Square.
- Dress code: Full graduation attire.
- Important: Graduation attire will NOT be issued on rehearsal day. Collect it in advance.
Guests & Invitation Cards
Each graduand will receive TWO (2) invitation cards for their guests during graduation gown collection.
- Each graduand is entitled to two guest invitation cards.
- Ensure your two preferred guests receive their invitation cards in good time.
- Graduates and guests must be seated by 7:30 AM on graduation day.
- Late arrivals will not be allowed into the graduation square.
